Great Place to Live!
This is a great place to live at. The office staff are patient and understanding. Roland and the rest of the maintenance ... staff are quick to respond to requests, glad to help and are always very respectful. They have always fixed the issue the first time. Lived here for almost two year and i love the space i live in. Not only that but the property is always well kept and clean. ... Me and my family love to sit by the pool and grill. Just want to write a review regarding my most recent Maintenance Request that I submitted. Our smoke detectors have been ... going off intermittently and stopped to ask Robert, Our Maintencne Tech if batteries needed replacing or a wiring issue. He gave his recommendation. I went to my unit submitted a request for service and with 5-10 minutes he was at the door replacing all the batteries in our unit. We love this community because everyone is so friendly and welcoming. If you want some quiet down time you can have it on your balcony. If you want to meet new people and make new friends its super easy because there are a ton of community events. All of your worries are handled and you get the chance to just live life to its fullest.

Ive had an amazing experience living here. All management and maintenance staff are friendly, accommodating, and highly knowledgeable. The community is clean, quiet and my neighbors have been great. All common areas are well maintained and clean.
